Reports

Every month your Atenta tells you what happened, with real figures from your business. It's in the Report tab (on the phone, from Finance or Settings).

What's in it

• Conversations: how many, at what times, response time, how many it handed over and what it didn't know (the questions with no answer in your base, so you can add them).
• Sales by day (with a chart), top products, average ticket and channel.
• Collections by method: cash, transfer, wallet, link.
• Wallet and credit: balances, top-ups, installments, overdue portfolio.
• Customers: new, repeat, inactive, with promotions consent.
• Campaigns: sent, read, replied, opt-outs, cost.
• Calls: answered, missed, orders per call, minutes.
• Satisfaction: the 1-to-5 survey and its comments.
• Compared with the previous month in every block.

Print or PDF

The Print button generates the engine's PDF when your Atenta has it enabled; if not, the page itself prints cleanly. For your accountant, for your business associate or for you.

Ask for it from your AI

With the Claude or ChatGPT integration and a token with the reports permission, you can ask "give me September's sales with VAT" and get the figures from this same report. See Integrations.
