Prices by country
Atenta is billed monthly, per plan. No setup fee, no contract, a 14-day free trial without a card (full Negocio plan, up to 100 customers) and a first-month guarantee: if it does not work for you, we refund the month. Atenta never takes a cut of your sales. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to the business's account, per message (about US$0.008 per confirmation and US$0.044 per promotion in Mexico; replies are free up to 1,000 messages a month per number): the app shows the cost before every campaign. Where it applies, prices are plus VAT. The site shows prices in the visitor's currency and billing happens in the business's currency.

How you pay
From My plan in the app: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SPEI or OXXO, on the payment provider's secure page. The app never stores cards. You cancel month to month, with no contract. Extras (AI-call minute packs, more promotions, more customers, another number) go on the same invoice.
If a payment doesn't arrive, Atenta warns you three days before and on the day; after five days the business is marked overdue and after ten Atenta stops answering the public (it keeps notifying the owner). The moment the payment comes in, it reactivates on its own.
