Dates and rooms
Knows which room types you have, how many people fit and what's included; says which dates are taken and which look free, always subject to confirmation.
Atenta for hotels
It answers dates and room types with what you give it, notes the request for the front desk to confirm and explains check-in, breakfast, parking and pets. What isn't confirmed, it doesn't promise.
Official Meta API Nothing to install Billed monthly. Nothing to install. Your people confirm the bookings.
01 · This is your Thursday
Do you have a double from the 3rd to the 5th? Do you allow dogs? Is the pool heated? What time is check-out? Every unanswered question is a booking at another hotel.
02 · Built in for hotels and lodging
With your information, reviewed by you before it replies to anyone. Only what it does today; nothing under construction.
Knows which room types you have, how many people fit and what's included; says which dates are taken and which look free, always subject to confirmation.

Check-in and check-out, breakfast, parking, pets, pool, Wi-Fi and cancellations: whatever you tell it, the same every time.
Location, transport from the airport or bus station and any recommendations you want to give.

03 · No fine print
The golden rule: if it doesn't know the answer, it checks with you. It doesn't make it up.
04 · Signing up
One minute from your phone. Besides your name and WhatsApp, for hotels and lodging we ask this (all optional):
If you don't have something handy, leave it blank: Atenta asks you later from your app, and checks with you until then.
05 · Pricing
Clear pricing: one monthly payment, WhatsApp messages billed separately and spelled out. 14 days free, no card.
For one business with one WhatsApp number that no longer wants to lose customers.
For a busy business: customers, payments, promotions and your page with online orders.
For chains, franchises and teams: limits made to measure and connected to your systems.
No setup fee · no contract · 14-day free trial without a card · first-month guarantee: if it does not work for you, we refund the month.
06 · Questions from hotels and lodging
General questions (number, privacy, cancellation) are on the main page.
No. It notes the request, alerts the front desk and tells the guest they'll get a confirmation. The front desk confirms or moves it from their app. It doesn't read your booking engine.
No. It doesn't ask for card details on WhatsApp. Payment is arranged the way you do it today: payment link, bank transfer or on arrival.
If the guest writes in English, it replies in English with the same information and the same golden rule.
Each WhatsApp number is signed up as its own business, with its own base and app. If each hotel has its own number, you sign them up one by one.

A different business?
Suppliers, candidates and customers all write to the same number. Atenta routes each one to the right person and books.
Units in stock, test drive booked, service appointment set and every quote handed to a sales rep.
Appointments, how to prepare, and emergencies straight to the doctor. It never recommends medication.
Properties with price and location, showings booked and clear requirements, whenever they ask.
Plans with prices, trial class booked and schedules answered at 6 in the morning.
Friday at 9, the phone ringing and three orders in the oven.
Today's menu, delivery customers asking “what's on?” and you at the stove.
“Is December 14 available?” at midnight. That date gets decided within the hour.
Screening inquiries, booking appointments and saying what to bring, without interrupting you mid-consultation.
“Do you have it?”, “how much?”, “do you deliver?”: the same thing twenty times a day.
