Greets and routes by department
Understands whether people are writing about sales, collections, suppliers, HR or support, answers the general questions and pings the person in that department with the full thread.
Atenta for corporate offices
Suppliers, candidates, customers and visitors write to the same number. Atenta answers the general questions, routes them to the right department and books with whoever should see them.
Official Meta API Nothing to install Billed monthly. Nothing to install. Your number stays yours.
01 · This is your Monday
A supplier asks who handles his invoice. A candidate wants to know if the opening is still available. One customer asks for a quote, another for the address. By the time someone replies, they've already written to three different people.
02 · Built in for corporate offices
With your information, reviewed by you before it replies to anyone. Only what it does today; nothing under construction.
Understands whether people are writing about sales, collections, suppliers, HR or support, answers the general questions and pings the person in that department with the full thread.
Offers the open slots for the right department, books the appointment and confirms. That person sees it in their app.
Explains front-desk check-in, which ID to bring, where to park and when invoices are received. Takes the supplier's details and passes them to accounts payable.
Address, hours, invoicing requirements, open positions and policies: everything the front desk repeats all day.
Complaints, legal matters, press and anything not in its base reach whoever you say, with context.
A profile with your departments, hours and a “Message us on WhatsApp” button that routes each person to the right team. No commission, no website to maintain.
03 · No fine print
The golden rule: if it doesn't know the answer, it checks with you. It doesn't make it up.
04 · Signing up
One minute from your phone. Besides your name and WhatsApp, for corporate offices we ask this (all optional):
If you don't have something handy, leave it blank: Atenta asks you later from your app, and checks with you until then.

06 · Questions from corporate offices
General questions (number, privacy, cancellation) are on the main page.
Yes. It pings them with the full conversation and, from their app, that person takes over with one tap. Atenta stays quiet in that chat until they hand it back.
Each WhatsApp number is signed up as its own business, with its own base and app. If you have several branches with their own numbers, you sign them up one by one.
It stays in your Atenta, under your privacy notice. It isn't used to train third-party models or shared with departments it doesn't concern.
Every conversation comes out with name, phone, department and reason, and your contacts export to CSV from the app. There's no direct connection to CRMs or help desks.
