01 · What Meta charges
Meta charges for every message a business sends through the official WhatsApp Business API. Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account directly, not Atenta, and the app shows the exact cost before every campaign. These are Meta's public rates for Mexico as of September 2026 (at 18.5 pesos per dollar); other countries differ. Kalia Code is completing Meta's verification as a technology provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform; as soon as it is done, WhatsApp messages become part of your subscription at the same price.

Example: a small restaurant with 300 customers a month (about 1,800 service messages) and 200 promotions pays Meta around US$15 a month. Promotions have a quota per plan and the app tells you how many you have left and what they cost before every campaign.
You start with the full Negocio plan and up to 100 trial customers. When it ends you pick a plan; if you don't, your base is kept for 30 days in case you come back.

02 · Extras on the same invoice
Added from My plan and billed on the same invoice. Minute packs include the number; minutes are monthly and do not roll over. Negocio pays 15% less for minutes and Operación 30% less.
03 · Pricing questions
One customer (one WhatsApp number) who writes to you in the month. If the same customer writes four times that month, it counts as one conversation. Promotion messages are counted separately, within your bulk-messaging quota.
Everything Atenta does: answering 24 hours, the app, your trade package, Your page, reports and support. No cut of your sales. AI calls are bought as minute packs on the same invoice. The only separate cost is WhatsApp messages, which Meta bills directly to your account (see below for how much).

Anthropic's Claude models, through their commercial API. Your conversations are not used to train third-party models. The golden rule (if it isn't in your base, it doesn't make it up and asks you) is written in Atenta's code, not only in the model.

Atenta takes no commission on what you sell there.
