Does Atenta answer medical questions?
No. It never diagnoses or recommends medication. Any clinical question goes to the doctor, and it tells the patient so plainly.
What happens with my patients' data?
It's sensitive data: it stays in your Atenta, under your privacy notice, and isn't used to train third-party models.
Does it work for several doctors?
Atenta books on the practice's calendar and pings whoever you say. If each doctor has their own number, each one signs up separately.
Can I review what Atenta told a patient?
Yes. Every full conversation is in your app and you can take over any of them with one tap.
