Customers

The Customers tab is your business's memory. Atenta uses it when answering: "hi Laura, the usual to Lomas?".

Today

At the top of Customers is Today: overdue and today's follow-ups, customers who haven't ordered in 30 days and have consented to promotions, and details customers dictated that are pending confirmation. It's the list of what's worth doing today.

The profile

Name, nickname, phone numbers, addresses with delivery zone, preferences and allergies, tags and notes.
Purchases: orders, amount, average ticket, by month and the products they order most.
Conversations: the history of their chats.
Stage: new → interested → quoted → customer → repeat → inactive. It's calculated automatically from facts and you can set it by hand.
Follow-ups with a date: "call them Tuesday", "remind them about the quote".
Wallet and credit when you have them enabled in Finance.
Promotions consent: yes or no, with the date and the exact text they accepted. Without a "yes" consent, nobody is eligible for campaigns.

Whatever a customer dictates in the chat (a new address, an allergy) stays pending confirmation until you validate it in Customers → Pending.

Funnel

Customers → funnel view shows the stages in columns; you move a customer by dragging or with "Move to".

Segments

Groups by tag, zone, frequency or product ("the ones in Juriquilla who order pizza on Fridays"). They're counted live and are the basis of campaigns.

Import and export

Import CSV or vCard (the contacts on your phone) with a preview before confirming and, if you want, a global consent with its text and date.
Export CSV at any time: your data is yours.

Orders

Orders lives at the top of Customers and in My business: "who ordered today?", with status, delivery and the Charge button. Marking Delivered is two taps.

Deleting a customer

It's a red, two-step action: the app shows you what gets deleted and asks you to type the exact text the engine dictates (BORRAR <id>). There is no silent deletion.
