My business

The Business tab appears when your trade comes with something out of the box. Each piece is switched on or off from the front page; you only see what your Atenta has enabled.

Dishes with price, sizes and extras. Atenta uses it to answer and to validate every order.

The star flow: take a photo of the chalkboard with your phone's camera → Atenta reads it → you review (prices it couldn't read well come marked) → you approve → from that moment "what's on today?" is answered by code, without spending model. In real tests: ten dishes read in four seconds.

Appointments (clinics, firms, corporate offices, dealerships, gyms)

Available hours, duration, what to bring. Atenta offers the free slots, reserves and confirms; you see the schedule by day. At a clinic it never answers about symptoms: it books and hands over.

Dates (event venues)

A calendar of dates that are reserved, blocked and with interested parties. A date that isn't reserved is never declared free, unless you mark "calendar up to date".

Catalog (shops, dealerships, real estate agencies)

Products, vehicles or properties with price and stock. You decide whether Atenta answers about stock or checks with you. Whatever isn't in the catalog stays pending confirmation.

Orders

The day's list with filters, detail, status (new → confirmed → being prepared → on its way → delivered), delivery zone and the Charge button from Finance. Atenta confirms to the customer over WhatsApp when you change the status.

Settings by trade

Tone (informal or formal), what always goes to a person, delivery zones and shipping costs, and your trade's special rules (for example, the large order that gets handed over).
