What Atenta is
Atenta is a WhatsApp receptionist that businesses rent by the month. A business connects its WhatsApp Business number with Meta's official button; from then on Atenta answers 24 hours a day with the information the owner loaded and approved, takes orders, books appointments, tells serious inquiries from idle ones, and alerts the owner only when a person is truly needed.
The owner sees and controls everything from their own app (https://app.atenta.mx): live chats, customers, orders, finance, calls, campaigns, their business and the monthly report. Atenta is run by Kalia Code (Querétaro, Mexico).

What it does

- Review and approve the base from your app. Atenta doesn't answer anyone until you approve.
- Connect your number with Meta's button, test it with your own numbers and switch it on for the public.
