# Reports

> The monthly report: conversations, sales, collections, customers, campaigns, calls and satisfaction; with PDF.

Every month your Atenta tells you what happened, with real figures from your business. It's in the **Report** tab (on the phone, from Finance or Settings).

## What's in it

- **Conversations**: how many, at what times, response time, how many it handed over and **what it didn't know** (the questions with no answer in your base, so you can add them).
- **Sales** by day (with a chart), top products, average ticket and channel.
- **Collections** by method: cash, transfer, wallet, link.
- **Wallet and credit**: balances, top-ups, installments, overdue portfolio.
- **Customers**: new, repeat, inactive, with promotions consent.
- **Campaigns**: sent, read, replied, opt-outs, cost.
- **Calls**: answered, missed, orders per call, minutes.
- **Satisfaction**: the 1-to-5 survey and its comments.
- **Compared with the previous month** in every block.

## Print or PDF

The **Print** button generates the engine's PDF when your Atenta has it enabled; if not, the page itself prints cleanly. For your accountant, for your business associate or for you.

## Ask for it from your AI

With the [Claude](https://atenta.mx/en/integraciones/claude) or [ChatGPT](https://atenta.mx/en/integraciones/chatgpt) integration and a token with the reports permission, you can ask "give me September's sales with VAT" and get the figures from this same report.
