Sign up your business
At atenta.mx/alta, in one minute. Atenta builds your knowledge base from your website and social media; you review it.
Connect your number with Meta's button
In your app → Settings → “Connect my WhatsApp”. It's the official WhatsApp Business registration (Embedded Signup); your number stays yours.
Approve your base and switch it on
Atenta doesn't answer anyone until you approve what it knows. Test it with your own numbers first; then switch it on for the public.
WhatsApp messages are billed separately by Meta, at its rate for Mexico, to the payment method of your WhatsApp Business account.
