Atenta + Google Workspace

Your appointments in Calendar and your orders in Sheets.

Your appointments in Google Calendar and your orders in Google Sheets, through Zapier, Make or n8n.

01 · What you can do

Three things you do with Google Workspace and your Atenta.

The end-of-day tally in a Sheets spreadsheet

Every pedido and every pago is a row: time, customer, total, method. Nothing to type in.

Every appointment on the Calendar of whoever is on duty

The cita event brings date, time, person and customer; your automation tool creates the event on the right calendar.

A weekly summary in your Gmail

A scheduled flow requests the report through the API and sends it to you on Mondays.

02 · How it connects

From your app, with a permission you grant.

Nothing connects unless you turn it on. Every token and every webhook is listed in Settings → Integrations, with its last use, and is revoked with one tap.

  1. Pick your automation tool

Zapier, Make or n8n: all three have official Google Calendar, Sheets and Gmail modules.

  2. Register Atenta's webhook

Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → “New”, with the events you want to take to Google. Test with the ping.

  3. Map the fields

In your automation tool, connect your Google account and map the event's fields (customer, total, date) to the columns or to the calendar event.

Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Sheets are trademarks of Google LLC. The connection goes through your automation tool; Atenta doesn't store your Google credentials.
