02 · How it connects
From your app, with a permission you grant.
Nothing connects unless you turn it on. Every token and every webhook is listed in Settings → Integrations, with its last use, and is revoked with one tap.
Have an Instagram professional account linked to your Facebook page
It's a Meta requirement for an app to answer your messages.
Connect the channel from your app
Settings → Channels → “Connect Instagram”. You sign in with Meta and pick the account. Atenta uses the official Messenger API for Instagram.
Choose what it answers and what it escalates
The same base and the same escalation rules as on WhatsApp: there's nothing more to configure.
