# Finance

> Charging for orders, payment links, a wallet per customer, credit and installments, collections and the survey.

The **Finance** tab brings together the money that moves through your WhatsApp. Each piece is switched on or off in **Finance → Settings**; your trade comes with a factory configuration.

## Today

What was collected today by method, what's still owed, the installments coming due and the unconfirmed orders.

## Charging for an order

From **Orders → Charge**: cash, bank transfer (with your business's bank details, which Atenta sends to the customer), wallet or **payment link**. A payment can be partial; the order shows how much is left.

## Payment links

The link opens a page with the description and the amount. In test businesses the payment is simulated and the page says so plainly; in production, with the gateway active, the customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and the order is marked as paid. ## Wallet

A balance per customer: top-ups, adjustments and refunds from the profile; the customer pays for orders with their balance and asks "how much balance do I have?" or says "top me up" in the chat (answered by code). Configurable cashback: 5 % and 8 % for repeat customers.

## Credit and installments

A loan or a sale in installments with a payment plan and simple interest. Partial payments; if the customer says "I already paid" in the chat, it stays **pending confirmation** until you confirm it. **Collections**: today, this week, overdue. Automatic reminders over WhatsApp with a utility template, respecting the quiet hours from 21:00 to 09:00. Cancelling a credit is red, in two steps, with the exact text the engine dictates.

## Survey

Two hours after an order is delivered (or after a call) Atenta asks for a rating from 1 to 5. A 4 or 5 gets your reviews link; a 1 to 3 reaches you as an escalation so you can handle it.

## Report

Sales by day, top products, average ticket, channel, collections by method, wallet, credit, customers, campaigns, calls and satisfaction, compared with the previous month, in [Reports](https://atenta.mx/en/docs/reportes). With a PDF for your accountant.

## What Finance doesn't do

It doesn't handle money on its own. Nothing is charged unless you ask for it; the app never stores cards.
